Eric Hall

You are correct, I confirmed today that Matt will be on Eric Hall's show on 18th June at 4.00pm. Knowing how those two talk he will probably spend an hour on air. Being that it is Father's Day it should be a great programme.

Hi Robert, yes we are near enough to go home after the fan club evening. It's a toss up, depending on how the fitness and rejuvenating programme goes, whether we drive or sprint there and back

Hi Lena and Harry, Edgar and everyone. Don't forget Lena and Harry it will be dark night's by then and probably very cold. To be on the safe side you had better drive home for security reason's. You can also put the car heater on for warmth also. We don't wan't anything to happen to you on your way home, do we. I think we would all say that is a better idea to drive home. :D :D and

Robert! I'm upset you're not coming to the meet-up. Is it a don't really want everyone to see what I look like thing? I suspect your photo was not taken last week...? If it's that, then don't worry, I am currently the size of a house (well, certainly a maisonette...) I've got no excuse for not travelling, as Hayes is two bus rides away, or a short cab ride if I've won the lottery by November!!

Sorry, you're right, I've just remembered that we're all totally off-topic!!!! I've not yet even heard Matt Jnr, so November will be a revelation to me - glad he sounds like and is starting to look like his Dad!!!  Perhaps I shall surprise myself by travelling to one of the earlier gigs on the tour, just so I know what I'm letting myself in for! This is not the forum to ask if he's any good - I'm likely to get sworn at!!!

Well, I speak as I find. I went to the concert with an open mind, but I was really impressed.

I'll look forward to November then!

Btw, I'm glad you realised I was referring to your comment. You might have taken 'short and to the point' the wrong way! I can't tell how tall you are - you're sitting down!

Hi Jintygirl

Must agree with Edgar, we went to our first Matt Monro Jnr concert with a very open mind, but also very impressed with his performance, we have seen him twice in concert so far, but would not hesitate to see him again anywhere, he does at times sound very like his dad, but does have his own unique style, I am sure Edgar would agree. You will not be dissapointed.

Hi Jintygirl, We saw Matt Jnr's show last year, and like Edgar and Anita we both thoroughly enjoyed Matt's polished performance singing all those beautiful familiar songs that we could never tire of hearing, and judging by the reaction of the audience they all felt the same. :) :)

Thanks Edgar, Anita, Lena and Harry. Looking forward to the Hayes concert (if they ever put the tickets on sale - I keep checking!)
