A Rare missive from The Wight Isles

Anne & I would just like to say Young Matts version of Mr Bojangles both on his CD and his performance of that song on stage at Southsea last week are and have left a longstanding admiration for the love Matt has for that song ,it IS our all time Mr MMjnr favourite song ,

Best Regards to all , Anne & David Isle Of Wight .....

Hi

My first time on the board!!

I just wanted to say that I agree 100%.
Mr Bojangles is my all time fave song and now, since hearing Matt sing it at Worthing, his is my all time best version of it.

When we saw Matt sing this at the Back, one of the girl singers was dancing along with Matt singing. I guess he is just singing it on his own now, which I think I would prefer.

There was most definately a huge improvement Marian! Matt sang the song really well at Southsea, without the distraction for the audience.

Yes, I had guessed that would be the case--the song stands on it own without any other distractions.

There are now a number of photos of Matt Jnr's appearance on Alan Titchmarsh's Show, accessible from Matt Jnr's section on the home page.
