Just a quick note to say that I met Matt briefly last night at the show in Brentwood. I introduced him to my new girlfriend - she thinks he is 'lovely' and it's not even her type of music - she's a U2 fan.

I thought Matt was terrific - he sang with such passion like it was the first or last time he was going to sing each song. Excellent effort given that he later told me he isn't well. Sadly, my fifteen year old got an attack of shyness and hid outside while I got his CD cover signed by Matt.

Looking forward to possibly meeting you on the 20th.
