We feel the same as you Richard, even in the earlier part of the previous series, we found it easy to pick out the natural talent among them but this time hasn't been so easy.
The winning choice has to be an overall package and so our guess is... between Steph and Stephanie. :)

I loved the show tonight--great song choices !!

I am finding it difficult--impossible even--to predict a winner--I cvannot even guess who will be leaving tomorrow.

The girls are all showing their own personalities more now--I think My favourite tonight was Danielle singing "Hey Mambo"

I agree Marian. It was a super show tonight and a great choice of songs.
I thought Jenny and Sophie were the weakest.
Loved Danielle and Lauren but then Steph and Jessica were good last night too!
But hey what do I know :? :?

Well, i did not expect to see Stephanie go--but still did not know who else could have gone-I think she was unlucky with her song choice--it did not really suit her. She has been the only one so far, that I thought might not sing all of "Over the rainbow"--but she just made it

Strangely 3 of the songs last night appeared on the "Nancy" show, and I remembered that Sarah did a really good version of Mr Bojangles, Jessie did a showstopping "The man that got away",
and Francesca sang an emotional tiebreak [forget who with] of "Tell me on a Sunday"--these are all on YOutube, and I have got most of the songs from ""Nancy" on a dvd now, and often watch it.

I believe these girls are not as strong singers or characters, but they are all very young still.

I was also surprised to see Stephanie go as I thought her performance was more of a one-off event, mainly through the wrong choice of song, and she was clearly upset at ALW's (and the public's) decision. I expected Sophie to go, and it can't be long before she does. Danielle remains my favourite: she is one of the most consistent performers and also looks like a Dorothy. Lauren is strong too but I think she's slightly too old for the role (22 against most of the other girls' 18 years) and for this reason I think she'll fall by the wayside.

We were disappointed when Stephanie was voted off. She had a great voice, and Jessica voted off tonight had so much personality, but although Sophie has taken criticism. We wonder now if she could surprise. :)

I like Sophie, probably not the best singer but she has a good personality and I thought had the best rapport with her doggie co star Dangerous Dave, who I think might be Toto. Peter told a dog waiting outside a local shop yesterday he could be Toto though!!!!

I was really disappointed to see Jessica go-I thought she was res so good. Of those left-the 2 I like least are Steph and Lauren, even thought the judges seem to rave over them both.

Disappointed to see Danielle in the bottom two AGAIN but pleased ALW saved her. Danielle is the whole package for Dorothy, even though her voice is perhaps not the strongest of the contestants, but, with her other attributes, it's adequate. Sophie should really have gone this week. Lauren has the best voice but is too old for the role. The final should be between Danielle and Steph, with Danielle the winner.

Got a scrapbook full of quotes I can't recall at all. There were times I felt the world belonged to me.

Yes Denny I agree - But pulls rather too many funny faces for my liking.

I have to agree that Danielle is the most suited for the role - Lauren has a fantastic voice but it's a mature sounding voice so i don't think it fits the role. Steph is my Daughters favourite and I could live with her winning, Sophie on the other hand.....

I have already booked tickets to see the Wizard Of Oz with my children - However should Sophie ultimately win they will be appearing on e-bay quite quickly! I don't know why the British public keep voting for her when, whilst talented she hasn't the stage presence or voice control of the others. Perhaps after recent events there will be no outright winner and the remaining Dorothy's will spend the next few weeks working towards a coalition Dorothy, negotiating about which scene each Dorothy should appear in until ultimately the girl with the most votes gets the part of Toto and Gordon Brown gets the role of the Wizard!

Very clever Richard and Jon
I'll buy your tickets Richard! The whole of Wales is probably voting to keep Sophie in, and there is always a certain sympathy for the underToto anyway.
:D
