Very well done Robert - 2000 posts! Where will it all end??
Seriously though, I always enjoy your witty comments and your dry sense of humour. Keep 'em coming!!
Many congratulations Robert on reaching the grand score 2000. You make such a contribution to the forum in every way and keep us old pesky Londoners and everyone else amused. Keep Them Coming
Golly - 2000 pearls of Wisdom from our Robert! Well done 'young' man How many of them were about Eleanor Rigby or whoever that lady is you're always going on about Sorry Eleanor Parker.... err no - that was the Baroness out 'The Sound of Music'..... POWELL thats it!

Here I go again, I hear those trumpets blow again.......
Hi Robert--congratulations on 2000 postings--I only just realised-I have had a lot on my mind lately---but I know that I can always rely on you to cheer me up!!
Well done on 2000, Robert. With a bit of luck I may soon be up to 200 - not very impressive compared to you, I know, but I've been away.
By the way, that album containing Jacky's recording of "White Horses" is called "Leaders of the Pack" and is still on the market: £9.99 in Virgin records. Buy now to avoid disappointment later.
Mike, we love your humour, but this is seriously good news for Robert. We wondered if you knew Robert that there is a DVD that's out advertised in our "Yours" magazine (just arrived) with the title "Entertaining The Troops" Bob Hope, Crosby, Bogart, and The Andrew Sisters, Dinah Shore and quite a lot of Frances Langford some with Mel Blanc. It looks good.
On the same page too, good to see the advert's for Matt's " Portrait Of," and "An Evening With Matt Monro"
I'm not good at noticing the number of postings anymore, Marian. Congratulations on that landmark of 2000 postings! You bring so much joy to the forum! And you are now over double mine!
Congratulations and very well done on reaching the 2,000 mark Marian.
We always look forward to reading your posts. You add so much pleasure and enjoyment to the forum. Keep it up.
Well done on reaching the 2,000 score Marian you're catching me up all the time How are you doing on the JJ forum Marian, as you don't seem to have spent much time away from us lately

I Can't Help But Cry, But I Must Go On"
Thank you Paul, Lena and Harry, and Robert for your kind words. I'm very pleased to have finally passed the 2000 mark.
Not much activity going on down at the JJ forum, just people with one track minds down there!!! I do look in occasionally, but I much prefer it here with you all
Marian
