The second spotlight cannot be reached by the righthand menu as it is encoded into the flash just for the first spotlight guest and would mean a total rebuild of the flash to add another section (and i'm afraid beyond my caperbilities!- whilst I can do many things I can't programme flash for toffee!)

However BOTH spotlights are always accessable fromt he front page by either clicking on the picture relating to the spotlight or pressing the "Spotlight on......>>" below the spotlight section.

Hope that helps in future

Richard

Hi Richard--thanks for the advice---but I still could not get to the 2nd Spotlight.

Not sure why, as I could at one time.

But as long as I get to see it somehow, then that is fine.

I think we'll blame it all on AOL again !!!!

Thanks Richard---but I do not want to put you to any trouble-as long as i can get it by a link, that is fine.

But if you can get one over on AOL---that would be good !!!

Just so I can look into things a bit more.

Can I ask of you both (Marian & Robert)

a. What browsers you use
b. What happens if you click on the picture on Jeff's spotlight or the words "spotlight on" underneath
c. What happens if you click on the picture on Jack Jones Spotlight or the words "spotlight on" underneath

If you go to a page OTHER than the spotlight you are clicking on can you post the link please.

You don't happen to be on AOL as well do you Robert?

Your answers may help me fix this in the future!

Hi Richard.

I use AOl as my browser.

I cannot see Jeff's spotlight, only via a link.

When I click on Jack Jones picture nothing happens--right or left click.

I do not see the words "Spotlight on" underneath--justv the article on JJ, plus a long list of past spotlights.

I do not see any links for any of the other pages.

I am pretty sure that Robert is not on AOL--as far as I know , it is just me, and Harry & Lena who are with AOL.

This is what I mean by 'Spotlight on....' underneath the picture.

Image

As long as it appears here for you too of course!

and I am talking about the pictures on this page

http://www.mattmonro.com/index2.html

You give me the impression that you are talking about the picture on the actual spotlight pages?

Hi Richard,

We too are unable to access the Spotlight section now. If we click on the word Spotlight from the right hand pane then we can only get the Jack Jones page. However when we followed the link you gave this did take us to the page with both Spotlights on but we were unable to return to the forum.

We used to be able to access various other sections directly after the newsletter but these have all disappeared. We think its the set up of the website by EMI that perhaps isn't compatible with our computer. Could this be the case?
