The only one that springs to mind at the moment for me is "Sing To Me, Mr C.". This was featured in some of the Perry Como shows, by the backing singers.

Here's a Marie Lloyd song.
" Down at the OLIVER CROMWELL last Saturday Night.
I was one of the ruins that cromwell knocked a bout a bit."

I have just thought of another, Matt's "It's A Breeze". It has the line saying "OR YOU DIG SINATRA'S SINGING".

There are so many more than I originally thought--

So here's a multiple one--from the musical "Grease"

"Look at me , I'm Sandra Dee"

And the song also mentions Doris Day, Rock Hudson,Annette [Funicello, I am guessing]Troy Donahue, and Elvis .

I am so impressed--you are all being very inventive--here is a simple one

from the musical "Blood Brothers" Marilyn Monroe.

Here's one you might not know about.
Sammy Cahn added an extra verse to his song "My Kind of Town" (Chicago is) especially for Jack Jones to sing, it goes..
"My Kind of Town is Hollywood
My Kind of Town is Hollywood
It's yesterday's unknowns,
Agents Phones,
Allan Jones."

Jack still sings it.

Wasn't there a song that Judy Garland sang in a film "Dear Mr Gable"?

How about How About You, which mentions Gershwin and Franklin Roosevelt. I believe Pia Zadora updated it to include Robert Redford.
