The person's name in that song is "Napoleon"--and place names are not allowed as I think we have done that in another quiz.

From "The Wizard of Oz"---"if I only had a brain"

"With the thoughts you'd be thinking,
I could be another Lincoln,
If I only had a brain "

We could have "Portrait Of My Love".
(it would take, I know, a Michelangelo)

Yes, fancy us missing that one until now John. Well done!

Here's another.. "The Skye Boat Song," in which both Charlie (Bonnie Prince Charlie) and Flora (Flora MacDonald) are mentioned.

I am pretty sure that we have not had Marys Boy Child--so that is a different one.

Here's another--

"A Nightingale sang in Berkely Square"

"As the tap dancing feet of Astaire"

There's " The British Grenadiers " with some talk of ALEXANDER, and some of HERCULES, of HECTOR and LYSANDER.

How about "The Heart Of A Man" featuring the line "SINCE ADAM AND EVE FIRST BEGAN".

That's really strange Lena and Harry...I was trying to remember the names mentioned in "The British Grenadiers" last night, but I could only remember the version we used to sing in school, which had different words!
Marian

Another good one we've missed so far John.. :D
