When I had trouble logging into the forum after Marian had been delightful enough to contact me and invite me in, Michele was kind in contacting me and get me launched so that now I can be here as one of the group.

It is great to have a site dedicated to a positive and inspirational image, a delightful and charismatic man who put everything into his songs, investing every measure of his considerable talent in each note, leaving thrilled and delighted audiences begging for more. His was a rare career of deserved grand achievement and he should be richly remembered, with this site dedicated to that objective.

Once more thank you Marian for getting me started in Michele for guiding me over the rough patch when I had early problems from a glitch.

who have welcomed me in such a congenial way. It is great to visit via Internet with people who are so nice and have such an upbeat spirit.

As Matt looks on he has reason to feel very proud. Matt is very much here in spirit with us. :D

is that we are covering all kinds of areas in the U.K., with Yorkshire and the north along with the greater London area and other sections. I also see that there is a fan from Orlando, Florida, giving this site the kind of international perspective that Matt Monro enjoyed with his worldwide popularity.

Thanks again, folks, for welcoming me so warmly. It feels like I am back in the good old U.K. again, where I have enjoyed myself so much on so many occasions and feel so much at home. :D

There are quite a few members from different parts of the U.S. Bill.
Paul from Maryland, regularly flies over to visit the U.K. and came over especially for the two Matt Monro get-togethers held so far. :D :D

I was so happy to read your message... yes, every word Matt sings, is sung with meaning and care... sometme I feel tears of a mixture of emotion when he sings (to me ) well, to all of us. And yes I too wish the world could enjoy the music he has produced.. And I have ordered tapes for friends, wanting to share, and wanting them feel his songs, as I do.. Because I know his voice, is like no other voice. Well here I go again... But then you people, all understand..don,t we !!

to meet you. Thanks for making me feel welcome. You get such a good feeling on the site. The spirit of Matt Monro is with us with that magnificent positive ring that comes through on every note.

Matt is a great talent and person to coalesce around, and that is why we feel so happy on the site. There is an upbeat feeling that you pick up, a wonderful vibration.
