I never heard of anyone putting chocolate in the attic but my radar tells me you stay in the attic with the chocolates until they are finished. Am I right or am I right?

I just opened a bar of Cadburys Dairy Milk - sheer heaven!!!!!

At least in the attic they are out of the dog's way !!!!

My sister and her husband went out one Christmas to come back to find that the dogs had found a wrapped, sealed box of chocolates, and and every chocolate had been eaten !!!

You were lucky that they didn't die. Chocolate is poisonous to dogs.

yes, i know that chocolate is dangerous for dogs---but they seem to love it so, and can smell it from a mile away it seems.

Jill's dogs had no after effects, but were feeling a little sorry for themselves.

Guess who told me that chocolate is dangerous for dogs, Rolf Harris.
Our next door neighbour used to give a Christmas present to my dog every year. A bounty bar!

that's unfortunate Marian .... ( allegedly I might add)

Grapes and raisins are too ...I learned that from Richard and Judy on their programme many years ago when we had our cavalier King Charles spaniel ....Benji ...he was a darling :D
