Hopefully there will be some news from Eman soon.
Caught up with Don's show last night. The Nearness of You is a superb recording by Matt.
Robert, we only recently found out that Don's parents were from Russia after reading his Biography "Wrestling With Elephants".

On another British only singers programme tonight Don played "matchless" Matt singing When You Wish Upon a Star :) ......…Don said he couldn't understand why Petula Clark who turns 87 years of age in November had never been made a Dame, and I agree with him.

Tonight Don played Matt singing the Spanish version of All of Sudden :) ......…he also mentioned when Matt and Dusty shared a summer season in Margate then played Dusty singing The Look of Love and said she was one of Britain's best ever female singers :)

Enjoyed Don's show again as always and especially nice to hear one of Matt's many Spanish recordings.
Hopefully he will play some tracks from the new CD. ☺

Another nice walk down Memory Lane with Don. We used to go and see Matt on many occasions in cabaret and whenever he sang "How Do You Do" we were sitting at the table and he would come round and shake hands with us as he moved around to greet others too. Lovely memories. ☺☺
