Hi Everyone,

Sorry I've been away so long!

Just bought a new Des DVD featuring clips from his T.V. Shows from the early 70's.
It's really good and on each show Des introduces a special guest including Val Doonican, Dusty Springfield and Matt.

Matt sings Am Gonna Change the World not one of my favourites but I know was very popular during this period, and ofcourse Matt gives a wonderful performance as always.

Des although not the greatest singer always has an engaging personality and during the sixties sang some really lovely songs, I Pretend and One two three O leary being some of my favourites.

I've met Des and can tell you he's a really lovely fella, and the great news is he's touring again after many years wasted on Countdown which I always thought was such a shame.
So lookout for Des in your area soon.
