I was thinking the same thing too, it has gone very fast Karl.

I know Robert & John it's downright scary how quick time passes. I'll be 40 soon LOL!!!!!

We've spread ourselves somewhat over the festive season, (that's in between coughs and colds we've all had) but never mind, there's always some considerate irk, trying to tell us what we should or shouldn't be eating or cutting out altogether.

Well I eat what I like and my doctor told me my cholesterol is perfect, she added it's better than mine.

Our 56th Wedding Anniversary today. Where have the years gone .We are being taken out to lunch by my lovely sister and brother in law.
