There is a box marked Font colour on 'Post a reply', Edgar. Just write your text between the two bracketed bits.
You could in fact keep doing this as long as you like! But perhaps that's going a bit too far...
I'm no expert by the way, we just pick these things up as we go, don't we? Oh, and I usually press Preview to check I haven't got a bracket in the wrong place, because then it doesn't work and you get /color] written at the end of your post, or something equally weird...
