What a nice co-incidence Gray.
We wonder what songs might be relevant for the radio to play for the dying and death at sea of Osama Bin Laden.. pehaps " Give Me Just a Little More Time " or Billy Fury's .."Halfway To Paradise " or Duane Evans... "Saturday night Fish Fry " :) :)
Anyone got any more to add

We watched "The One Show" last night and Barry's voice was a little croaky at times, but perhaps he's saving it for his concert at the Arena.
Have to say he was looking a shade odd too, probably the make-up didn't help but that's what the advancing years do.
He has always appreciated his fans though and that say's a lot.

Yes, I agree that Barrys voice sounds a little strained when he is talking--but his singing sounded good last time I saw him-on Breakfast Tv I think.

Last time I saw him live in Manchester for his final show of that tour, he left the stage after an hour --and did not come back--he had larynigitis !! After I had paid £60.00 for a ticket, train fare to Manchester etc-I was not pleased !!!

Now listening to Dewi Griffiths programme playing Andy Williams singing "Begin The Beguine" ,... one of the rare few vocalists who actually sing this song in all the right keys. :)
