We will watch out for it then John.
Have just been reading an article in the Saga magazine of Sir George Martin, about his family, his music career, plus a nice picture of him with The Beatles, and naturally Matt was mentioned along with many others.

I heard the Harvey's advert this afternoon on Channel 4, either just before, or during "Deal or No Deal." Great to see it again, or hear it rather!!

What a classic song it is too, and it epitomises the brilliant laid-back style of Matt's! I've been busy of late but will be in touch soon!

Thanks Lena and Harry,
Yes I've been busy of late what with ASDA by day and a number of shows at night, life has been pretty hectic! The voice gets hammered but my 2x45 mins last night in Swansea went down well. Lots of 'Dino', some Matt, Mathis, Sinatra and always my 1 song dedication to Mr Longthorne! Last night, and for the first time, I tried out a new segment which I've been working on at home - a trio of songs with send-up impressions of Elvis (Teddy Bear), Perry Como (Catch a Falling Star) and Nat Cole (Unforgettable); thankfully they went down well and I will now be keeping them in! I am now working on Love on the Rocks (Diamond). They all make my act more interesting - at least I hope so! But Dean Martin still remains my main impression!
Had a days holiday today (Sunday) after last nights late one, and of course it's piddled down all day! Hope you are fit and well, and all the other Forumites?

Hi Bill--that sounds a really nice trio of impressions there--I am not surprised it was popular. I guess some singers are easier to impersonate than others--but they sound a good threesome.

Thanks Mariana,
Hope all well? I've had some good news which I'd love to share with someone, other than my Margaret. And as I know you, and the others are all interested in entertainment etc here goes! I've just been booked to appear at 2 venues on the Isle of Man at the end of August! Plus on Friday the 8 June (the day after 'Dino's' birthday, when if he had lived would have seen him reach 90!) I'm singing in a Hotel in a Welsh Village called Llandovery. The Hotel is the Castle Hotel and it's situated not far from where Prince Charles has purchased a farm house! The evening is an Italian Night with lots of Italian food and me as the Cabaret! I can't wait!!! Weather still shocking - we were certainly spoilt in April!

Nice to hear of your good news Bill, and the Two Isle of Man engagements sound great. Now you never know, but we are pretty sure that Prince Charles would approve of your chosen artistes and their songs. Well we know how he hates heavy metal and all that rubbish (who can blame him) and if The Castle hotel can avoid cooking burgers ( you know his views on Mac Donalds,) a whiff of lasagne or Neapolitan Pizza may entice him away from his little farm holding and he could drop in and really put Llandovery on the map.

Sounds great Bill--the Italian night sounds especially appealing---just made for your Dean Martin impressions. Sounds like you will have a lot of fun there, and on the Isle of Man.

Thank you to the Illustrious Trio (sorry Harry, foursome!) for your nice comments and concerns! I too am looking forward to all these new challenges! But I love singing and entertaining! Only wish I had the space to tell you some of the stories I add to my show!! One day maybe! Have a great Bank Holiday! It's sunny, but windy in South Wales - but then anything is better than yesterday!

I think the rain has set in for the day again over Central and Southern England. Looks a brighter forecast for much of Wales today.
Enjoy the holiday Bill.
