THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD

This just came into my mind and I wonder if anyone remembers him?

I just confirmed this by checking my book of hit records, he had a hit with the song in 1970.

Ray Morgan recorded an excellent version but never became famous and indeed I never heard of him again. The record was not released by a major label (B&C Records) but it did get some radio airplay.
