Did this story get much publicity because it should have ..............Clive Dunn who played the famous character Corporal Jones in Dads Army passed away on 6th November ......................http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-20239694 .........he also sang the hit song Grandad https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KJGJRd8pGE :) ...................RIP Clive Dunn :( :(

It was in 2012 when he passed away Robert, perhaps it wasn't mentioned on here. I do remember it though.
Looking back there was a thread for it.

Thanks John..............I didn't see or hear the news but was told by someone he had just passed away (thought it was a bit strange I hadn't seen or heard anything about it) :wink: ...........I said I thought he had passed away a few years ago................and he DID.
