Sad to hear that actor Patrick Swayze has passed away at the age of 57 after battling with cancer.

I was so sorry to hear this morning about Patrick Swayze--my friend Mary, had been fighting this same awful condition [pancreatic cancer] for the last 2 years, and she sadly passed away just a week ago-last Tuesday morning.

Very sad to hear he news. It seemed to be inevitable, but he fought long and bravely against this awful condition.

He wanted to live until they found a cure for the terrible disease :( ..........so great in Dirty Dancing and so gloriously moving in Ghost :) :) ...................RIP :(
