It must have been bad if even her loyal fans are complaining!

I'm afraid it was very sad to see how her voice has been affected by everything she's done over the past 10 years.

I was just listening to Dionne Warwick's 1980 Arista album "No Night So Long" which has just been released on CD. This was recorded when her voice was at its peak. But her latest CD "Why We Sing" reveals that Dionne's vocal range is very much diminished too. At least she still has her unique voice albeit at a much lower key. I could not recognize Whitney's new voice at all on her new CD "I Look To You". If you watch the Youtube clips of her latest UK concert, Whitney should never sing her signature hit "I'll Always Love You" anymore.
