Can we ben the rules a little bit for 'Q'? 'On days like these' STARTS with a 'Q'. O.K. I know it's poor, but it's the best my feeble brain could pump out.
Forgive me,
John.
Americans are very good at this kind of thing, but as in most things...........British is Best!

There are difinitely no -Q's- left now-. So onwards and upwards to the letter -R-. A song I love, and probably underated "Rain Sometimes"

Hi John--that was an ingenious try for a "Q"-well done!!

I can not believe that I cannot think of any more "R"s--I guess there must be some---so anyway I will go on to "S"

a beautiful song--specially for those who have lost a loved one---

"Softly, as I leave you"

Hello Mariana44. We'll go back to the R's next time round, as this game will just keep going round and round until we run out of songs. 8) 8)
A Song which is a bit out of season, but still a classic "September Song".

Thanks for starting the "T"s Marian. So now I can add "The Impossible Dream" which was a big hit for my favourite singer, Jack Jones -
By the way - he's touring in the U.K. again at the end of September/October...tour dates on both websites. :o :o :o

Hi Marian---I love Jack Jones too--I would love to see him--but I am going to see Johnny Mathis during the last week of September-spending a week travelling around to all the venues. I do not ever remember seeing a video or dvd of Jack Jones--do you know of any?

To carry on with the "T"s---this one is a tricky one to get hold of, but well worth it-

"Try to Remember"
