BIG CHANGES

Post by mmonro » Tue Sep 13, 2005 9:36 pm

You might have noticed that I have been making amendments to the site to enhance it. Dad's complete chronological discography is now in place and about 20 new lyrics will be added this week. Buttons are changing and a few items are moving. We are hoping to add a scrap book feature so you can all share your photos and memorabilia with us.

Please let me know what you would like on the site to make it better. What would improve it for you? Is there anything you don't like? Do you like the shop, what items would you like there?
Now is your chance to make the site as you want it.

I'm looking forward to all your comments, keep them coming.

Best wishes
Michele :D

items for sale at the shop

Hi Michele

Can you stock the forthcoming Tesco cd at the shop for overseas customers? This is because Tesco will only ship within the UK. Your dad's fans overseas like me will not be able to purchase this wonderful new cd with a stereo version of The Music Played.

I will look into the possibilities. Because it is an exclusive it might not be possible.

How about a "swap shop"? For instance, having Matt's songs I could, and would gladly, swap my 'Tony Blackburn Meets Matt Monro' LP purely because of the former!!!!!

The discography

Post by Marty » Mon Oct 10, 2005 6:54 am

the linked discography on the main page is great, as is the ongoing songbook, is there a possibility however to allow a search of song titles which would reveal where and when they've been released, not just originally but re-issues on CD or on compilations, I understand the task would be time consuming, but worthwhile in allowing many discovering Matt to find material both familiar and not so well known that would lead them to discover even more?
