Have you noticed that Terence and Gray are in a race (albeit a slow race) to get to 300 postings? They are in a virtual dead heat. This is exciting! Who will get to 300 first? I think Jon is not too far behind.

No I had not spotted that-at the moment, they are dead level with Edgar very close behind, and Jon just a little behind Edgar.

Well Done Terence, always great to read your comments, I particualry look forward to your movie reviews.
My wife Amanda is downstairs watching 'Hope Floats', starring Sandra Bullock & Harry Connick Jr. She's loving it and by the looks of things will end up in tears by the end. :)

Thanks Marian & Robert for the welcome to the 300 Club, it's been a long time coming.
I really enjoy reading everyone's postings, it's tremendous to think how healthy this forum has consistenly remained.

Robert, still not over Leeds, have been in a state of shock since relegation, though I knew it was coming.
Went to see Eddie Gray at a sportsman dinner last Thursday, probably my all time favourite player, and even he seemed shell shocked at the plight of Leeds.
I'm not really convinced Dennis Wise is the man to get us back up the leagues either, I would prefer a Joe Royal type figure in charge, an experienced man, who has managed at big clubs and who has won promotion.

Time will only tell.
The day after administration I went to Elland Rd, the club shop was locked up (and this was a Saturday) & the place was a like a ghost town, and I had a little cry at the foot of Billy Bremners statue. :(

Did you see the Cup Final yesterday? Poor game wasn't it?

Poor isn't the word for it Gray. The players blamed fatigue and the spongy pitch, but actually NOBODY wanted to lose, so NOBODY bothered to play any football :!: :!: no one deserved to win. What a let down for the first big match at the New Wembley
