They often are cheaper at HMV, and providing you're not deperate for them to arrive quickly it's ok, because they go all round the world and back before you get them. 8) :) But it is generally free postage

HMV are usually quite slow at delivering, but I ordered the "Entertaining the Troops" DVD late Tuesday night (early hours Wednesday), and it came on Friday. So that's not toooooo slow (for a change)  When the DVD came out HMV had it at £13.99, so I waited a couple of months, when I checked on Tuesday night, and it was £7.99. So it was worth the couple of months wait

That was good Robert. It sometimes pays to wait. Waiting time also depends if it's new releases that they are awaiting delivery on or others that they don't have so much sale for, so they don't have large stocks.

Harry stopped for a cup of tea iyesterday, looking in a shop for second hand books, and what did he find instead, You've guessed it " HARRY" by Catherine Howe on a 45 rpm record with "WHEN THE SPARROW FLIES." on the flip side.
A nice singer too.

Yes, that was a surprise, Marian, to find that very recording. if we could have remembered the first words to this song it would have made it easier to have found the singer. All we could remember was Harry Is My Love, and Harry Makes Me Smile. :D :D

I bought the JJ album a few years ago Marian, along with many other CDs by other artist's before a local record shop closed. It will take me YEARS to get through them all. I thought it was a good idea at the time, but not so sure now :!: :!:
