Marian, I must admit I do watch some "BB," but not all day streaming or anything like that, or I would be "all day screaming"!!  My excuse is that I watch it from the psychological point of view. Like tonight they have "BB on the Couch" where they have psychologists in to comment on the effects living in a confined space with (strange)strangers has on the residents etc. I'll have to tape it though, as I really want to see the "Britain Has talent" Final.

By the way, Many Happy Returns of the Day for today Marian!

Happy Birthday from me too Marian 8) :D

Would we have all these strange/odd people in the Big Brother household, if it was being shown 50 years or so ago. I think (most) people in those day's were NORMAL

Thank you both for your birthday greetings---only a few minutes left of my birthday. I have had 2 nice days, and am going out to lunch tomorrow with friends. It all helps, as I do not really enjoy birthdays now.

Happy Belated Birthday Marian. I hope you had a nice day.

The CD single of Any Dream Will Do by Lee Mead is out in the shops today. Everyone please go out and buy it. Let's get a show tune at the top of the charts. It has been a long time since that happened. Yesterday Any Dream Will Do debuted at #18 on downloads selling 6,435.

Thanks Paul for the best wishes.

I am sure Lee will do well with that single--especially as it is a charity single--and yes , I will definately buy it.

I bought the single today...shame that only 50p of its £3.98 goes to Children In Need, and the £50-odd tickets -I doubt much will go to charity, only the charity of The RUG and Mr. ALW....

Anyway! Thats my ramble over, going listening to the CD! :D

Thank you John. I am not into birthdays these days--but I have to say my friends made it very special for me this year-I celebrated on Saturday, Sunday and today.

Do you have a fish pond Marian? We've got one. Very relaxing..Not good for swimming though!( unless you're a fish   )

NO I do not have a fish pond--firstly my garden is too small, secondly my cat would never leave it [if there were fish in there], and I am not sure what Chloe and Harry would do--probably spend all day catching frogs and toads--which they manage to find after rain.

I think the "fish-pond" that Robert is referring to , is the "Duck-pond" at Matfield-the next village along.

And by the way , I had nothing stronger than a J20 the whole weekend. !!
