Aha-I had just got to "Over the rainbow", and saw Paul's answer.

That was a good one, Marian.

Here's an easy one---filled with many clues!

No, sorry, Marian. But that's a great one for the future.

You know mine are usually a little weird. Please consider all the clues I have provided.

I think I have it---well, I hope I have it-

"They call the wind Mariah Carey"

Although I am not sure about Mariah Carey!!

No, hang on---This is it I am sure--

"They call the wind Maria Muldaur"

Not sure of the spelling of the second name but she sang "Midnight at the Oasis"

Hi Paul and everyone--I am so nearly sure that I am right with that last one, so I am going to slip an easy one in--

"This Welsh Diva is in a class of her own "

Yes, Marian, you are exactly right with They Call The Wind Maria Muldaur! First I was thinking of using Mariah Carey, it sounds right, but the spelling is wrong. Wouldn't it have been great if Matt Monro had recorded They Call The Wind Maria? I've always liked that song.

I think yours could be:

There Ain't Nothing Like A Dame Shirley Bassey

Hi Paul-yes that was why I first thought of Mariah Carey, but nothing else fitted !! That would be interesting to hear a version by Matt!!

And yes, you are right, with your answer-well done.

Here's another easy one:

Eve Graham said, "I want to instruct everyone to vocalise a nursery rhyme".

You'll get this quickly, so feel free to submit a new one, as I won't be back until Monday. Enjoy the (wet?) weekend! We are expecting a sunny weekend in the east coast with highs in the low 80s and hopefully low humidity! :)

Exactly right Marian. Well done! :) I thought it fit right in since we were just discussing the New Seekers, who are still touring (with different members I believe). Perhaps I need to extend my Fans Reunited stay and go to their concert on the 6th of October in Seaton E Devon Lyme Bay Village. I have no idea where this is located.

Your turn, Marian.
