EDDIE FISHER.

Post by Lena & Harry Smith » Fri Sep 24, 2010 9:11 am

We have just heard the sad news that singer Eddie Fisher has passed away at the age of 82.
Eddie has been one of our favourite vocalists since the early Fifties and recorded so many songs that he made his own ..OH MY PAPA, I'M WALKING BEHIND YOU , LADY OF SPAIIN
R.I.P. Eddie.

I also remember Eddie Fisher from way back-he was one of my favourites at the time--one of the songs I liked the best was "Cindy oh Cindy"--plus he was in a few films---"Bundle of Joy" was a good one, with Debbie Reynolds-I have yet to see it out on dvd, although I do have the soundtrack on cd--with some very nice songs.

We like CINDY O CINDY too Marian. Others are... Turn Back The Hands Of Time, If I Ever Needed You, Outside Of Heaven, and then as expected, when someone dies it's the time to dish the dirt.
We hear yet again of his marriages and divorces.
We assume that those who can't wait to write these reports are perfect. !!
