I remember Ovaltine tablets Marian, they were in a round tin. I didn't like them, although I don't mind Ovaltine drink.
They were part of a servicemans pack during the war to help wth their nutrition. As if they weren't suffering enough.

Cant think of a Q so ... RICW PUDDING ...love it nutmeg added :)

I like White cabbage and savoy cabbage but I can't stand Spring Cabbage.

FISH---YUM--I eat loads of fish--mostly salmon-at least 3 times a week---but I thought fish made you brainier---it's not worked yet ....
