Saw Mike and Bernie Winters in the fifties when they were supporting either Tommy Steele or Terry Dene. Wrote I love you in lipstick on their car!!!!

Listening to my first CD of MARGARET WHITING.A new release called

MARGARET WHITING'S GREAT HITS.

What a beautiful voice and an interesting mix of songs.

Particularly loving MOONLIGHT IN VERMONT,MY FOOLISH HEART and GUILTY

so far :D :D

Did you receive your copy of Margaret's Great Hits on Monday (the release date) Sandra ? ...............I did :)

Listening tonight to an interview on CD of Frances Langford that she gave to Chris Valenti a few years back :)

This was mentioned on another thread ealier, but I forget where-I just caught the end of it--but Marian saw it all. I think it sounds a great idea, and something a little different-as long as they do not start "rapping". !!!
