WRAPS---PREFERABLY MULTISEEDED---YUM---I have one nearly every lunch time, with Houmous--bean sprouts-and chopped mixed peppers-raw of course--6 days out of 7. It is my favourite food to have for lunch-I just love it.

One of our favourites too Chris, and often recommended as an alternative to the traditional Christmas menu. :)

COFFEE CREAMS....yuk...always the last ones left or binned :)
