How about these two?

U = UPSIDE DOWN CAKE - Yum! (Sorry, this is a repeat)

V = VENISON (Wild Deer Meat) - YUM!

And the next letter after W is X.......

X - XIA (Shrimp in Chinese) - Note: Many Chinese Foods start with X - Most of them I like - YUM!
