Elisabeth Sladen R.I.P.

A shock tonight to hear of the death of actress Elisabeth Sladen aged 63, who had been suffering from cancer.
Known mostly from her role as Doctor Who's assistant Sarah Jane Smith, she went on to star in her own spin off series 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' and was followed by millions of children.
R.I.P Elisabeth Sladen.

Yes, very sad news Marian :( I thought Elisabeth was beautiful in Dr Who in the 70's :) .....................RIP Elisabeth :( :(

Oh no!! This is sad news indeed. I followed the Sarah Jane Adventures on dvd as it was hardly shown on BBC America. I guess the series ends now. :( . I know thousands of kids will be heartbroken. Did they say what she died of? A sad day for all us Doctor Who fans indeed.
