LOGGING IN

Post by mariana44 » Tue Apr 26, 2011 8:12 pm

Richard, do you, or anyone know , why , just recently, every time I come on to the website, I have to log in again--even though I have the box ticked that says to keep me logged in.

Has anyone else had this problem--I have had it in the past occasionally, but it happens almost every time now.

Is it my computer--or AOL--or a site problem ??

It could be down to lots of different things. If you clear your web history or cookies it can affect the log in process. It could be down to the browser you use too.

This is beyond my contro i'm afraid as the message board is run by EMI.

I have to say though that I haven't had this problem myself.

Sorry i can't help further.
