"Portrait Of Petula" can be ordered from Play.com but it is temporarily out of stock. It costs £6.99 with free delivery.
There is also someone selling it from Austria on Play.com too for £13.09 which also includes free delivery.

For some strange reason, this disc is only available as an NTSC disc--so it will only play on Multiregion machines-I wonder why--it does not make sense !!

Sorry, I missed that info John. I think most U.K video and DVD players can play NTSC tapes and discs nowadays. It seems to be the U.S players that can't play PAL that have the most problems. Anyway as you say, best to check before you buy.

I saw that Petula has a new cd called , I think, "Then and now" a mixture of new and old tracks---but it does include a duet with Dusty Springfield, which I am sure that I have never heard before.

I think this track was on the "Duets" album Marian. It does look to be quite a nice album though, with a few new tracks. It isn't available until 16th June though according to HMV website.

Another UK furniture store is playing songs by one of our fave artistes, Pet Clark on their national TV commercials. DFS are using 'Colour my World', but I'm not sure if its Petula singing or not!

Yes, of course it is on the "Duets"album-I did know that-but had forgotten.

And the new album is out Monday 16th.
