I'm afraid I have to be honest and I found nearly 150 posts in just a five days rather overwhelming. I couldn't keep up with them, and new topics seemed to be springing up anywhere and everywhere, with little regard to headings or earlier topics.
I do understand though that it can be confusing when you first enter a forum, but sometimes you need to take a little time to find out how it all works.

13884 Posts is rather overwhelming too, sorry to upset your little apple cart Marian, seems that some of you have formed a little clique?

Well done on the 100 score Karl :) .............Marian was just being constructive in her comments Karl, she didn't mean any harm by them  ..............I usually take about 10 - 15 minutes to catch up on posts normally , but for the past few days, it has taken well over an hour. But you are a valued new member on the MM forum Karl :)

I second the statements of Marian & Robert about Karl's comments about some of us older members and positively there are no "cliques"!!

I am going to be perfectly honest too.

Things that are IMPORTANT in my life are;-

Losing several family members within the last few years.

A lifelong friend being diagnosed with an incurable illness.

World disasters and atrocities being committed in our world

Soldiers losing their lives to keep us safe

Things that are NOT important in my life

Reaching 100+ posts in a few days on this website

Making some errors on current threads on this website

Let's remember we are all here as we enjoy the talent of Mr. Matt Monro. so if the only thing in this world that some people have to complain about is the fact that I overpost or got something wrong then your lives have been truly blessed.

The reason I am here is for some relief from the pressures of life and to learn more about Matt, I try and keep as happy and cheerful as I can but sometimes it isn't easy!

So let's remember Nobody is perfect, not even you!

You are correct Karl, nobody is perfect, and so like Marian and also being members of this forum since 2005, I assume that you find our total score of 14331 overwhelming too.
Reading your list of important and not important things in your life, during these years some of us have lost family members and loved ones and each have our own problems, and we share our sympathy and thoughts to show that we care. As far as what is happening in the world, there is little that most of us can do to solve those problems.
It's been known that web-site forums do have altercations from time to time, but considering how vibrant this forum has been over these past Six years we pride ourselves on respecting everyones views and choices of music and most important of all to discuss, appreciate and enjoy Matt's music and through that we have become good friends, and that is how we wish it to stay, so keep posting but in the correct threads whenever you can    :)
