Just thinking that I'm glad you were not at the top of the World Trade Centre on the morning of 9/11 Marian :cry: ..............but I then realised that there must have been other sightseer's at the top of the building on 9/11, how very sad for them, to be visiting the building on that day :cry: :cry:

Thanks everyone---I had to cut a lot of description out, as I did not want it to be too long.

I have another great memory from this holiday--something a bit more unusual and dramatic--not sure if I have mentioned it before on here, but i do not think so. I will get it on at a later date.

This was a great memory and it will always be for me....Even though it happened only last year---

THE SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS WIN THE BASEBALL WORLD SERIES - 2010....The first time in 52 years!!

Also while still into Sports.....I had 4 Season Tickets for this Football Team 30 years ago---(I sold all 4 tickets in 1991 for a premium)

THE SAN FRANCISCO 49ers WON FOUR (4) SUPER BOWLS IN 1981, 1984, 1988 & 1989 with Joe Montana & Steve Young at Quarterback!!
