Marian, perhaps we should have a Senior Moments thread. Harry likes Marmite on his toast, and i generally have marmalade. This morning I put the Marmite on, and then put marmalade on top.

Well, when I am cooking salmon or chicken, I spread it with Roses Lime and lemon Marmalade first--I really do !!!

Perhaps I have discovered a brand new delicacy Marian, i'll add the peanut butter in the morning and see how that goes. :)
As for salmon with lime and lemon marmalade ....I don't think so. :D :D

The marmalade melts into a lovely tangy sauce and glaze--just delicious.
