I was going to include "How about you" also--

The Frank Sinatra version goes--
"I like a Gershwin tune" and also --"And James Durante's looks give me a thrill"

In the Bobby Darin Version--he sings of "A Bernstein Tune" and "Mr Kennedy's looks " and in the next verse it is "Mrs Darin's looks" [aka Sandra Dee.]

Some of the other versions I have heard mention "Frank Sinatra's looks"
and Shirley Bassey sings of "Frankie Vaughns Good Looks"

So there may well be some more different versions about.

Here's another great song where the names often get updated:

I Can't Get Started which I believe originally included Franklin D and Greta Garbo in the lyrics.

On the Elvis theme-I do not know what it is called, but I keep hearing it

"Elvis isn't dead, cause I heard him on the radio "

Marian -- The song is called "Elvis Ain't Dead" by Scouting For Girls, and it's almost as bad as their first single "She's So Lovely".

Here's a much better song: Just One Of Those Things with this excerpt from the opening verse:

As Dorothy Parker once said
To her boyfriend, "fare thee well"
As Columbus announced
When he knew he was bounced,
"it was swell, Isabel, swell".

It could only be written by Cole Porter!

I never realised there were so many-but I knew that you guys would come up with some great ideas.

Here's my next one--from Shania Twain--That don't impress me much"--

"So you think you're Brad Pitt--that don't impress me much"

and further on---"So you think you're Elvis....."

KEEP A DREAM IN YOUR POCKET from The Seekers features the line "IF JOHN AND PAUL NEVER WROTE A SONG FOR YESTERDAY" referring of course to Lennon and Mc Cartney.

Yes Marian-of course Lloyd George counts.--Although I have never heard that one !

How about "Roll over Beethoven" from the Beatles.
