According to the Amazon website, the CD will now be released on 14th April :)

HMV have now put it up another £1.......................to £4.99....................I think they are being greedy now........................their business must be in dire straits :roll: :roll:

As far as I can recall, £4.99 was the original price, which had been reduced down to £2.99, then up to £3.99--so £4.99 is the correct price--perhaps it was a special price, just for preorders.

Also £4.99 including postage is not a bad price for any cd.

Yes Marian £4.99 is a remarkable price for the 2 disc set, but I still say HMV made a boo boo when pricing it up originally at £2.99. If you notice there is a discount on all their CDs and DVDs advertised on their website, so "Matt Monro Sing's" now has no discount at all. I think for them to go back to the original £4.99 before the CD is released and available to the public is bad pre-advertised planning on their behalf :wink: :!:

Oh Robert you are getting yourself in a state over HMV pricing , Lets just wait and enjoy the CD and its got to be a bargain at £4.99, In Gods name what does a fiver buy these days !!!! I say thanks to HMV for KEEPING THE MUSIC PLAYING !!!!!.. ANNE & DAVID Isle of Wight

Not Now Music have now found a new manufacturing plant and has managed to turn the disc around as a priority. We should have stock tomorrow and go out to the various shops for next Monday.

but despite being well packaged, the somewhat flimsy case arrived rather battered, with broken lugs that won't hold the CDs. Anyway, these seem fine and I am listening to the Australian concert as I write this.

Yes, ours is the same Marian, even the actual case was slightly damaged before we looked at the Cds but it's no big problem. I'm playing CD1 right now with "Memories Of You " simply wonderful introduction and piano playing accompanying this one. :lol: :lol:
