Special Days In May

Seeing that we are such a close knit family, I thought it would be nice if you let us know the dates in the year that are special to you.

Thank you for your good wishes Paul and Robert,
500 eh Robert,  that could be a reality in the future the way medical science is going, meantime with the soaring population and ground for burials now almost impossible, and changes taking place reminds us of the song, " They're Moving Fathers Grave To Build A Sewer "

Going back to morality campaigner Mary Whitehouse there is a new TV drama that is due to be screened at the end of this month on BBC2 with the brilliant Julie Walters playing the role of Mary Whitehouse.
This play is about her beliefs and the clashes that she had with the then BBC Director General Hugh Carleton Greene, who wanted to try and make British television less stuffy, and yet she lasted longer in office than he did.
Also her postman used to have to use a wheelbarrow to deliver her mail, some agreeing with her views no doubt, and some not agreeing, but it was more mail than Greene ever received.
It should be interesting.

I saw that advertised, with the brilliant Julie Walters. Nice to see her back in serious roles after playing Mrs Weesley in all those Harry Potter films  Anyway. I thought of you too when I saw that trailer after our recent discussions!
