Questions and Answers Game (A General Knowlegde quiz)

Post by ROBERT M. » Sat Jan 14, 2012 4:56 pm

Someone answers the question, they then set a new question themselves. Questions on ANY subject is allowed in this general knowlege quiz game :)

Only answer a question when you are pretty sure the answer is 100% correct, then the next question can be set straight away without anyhold ups :)

I'll start off with-

Q. Who was the first person to walk on the Moon ?

But suppose we do not know the answer---can we be allowed to guess? Or we could be waiting ages for an answer.

Eg Is your last answer---Morris dancers ???

Marian, if you think you are correct, just go with the next question :) .......I'm sure someone will correct you later on

As with your last answer, I'm sure you thought you were correct and yes you are correct, so just go to the next question without waiting for confirmatiion :)

Robert--to be honest, I was not sure if I was correct--we have a lot of Morris dancers in this part of the country, but not many Maypoles.

I will try and stick to your rules !

Next question--

Which is the longest bridge in the world ?

If you are correct Karl, you can set the next question-I thought it was another one, but I guess these things are changing all the time.

After reading about this bridge in China, I also discovered that China has 11 of the 16 longest bridges in the world!!
Also after viewing the architecture of the buildings in Beijing, Hong Kong, etc plus the many Hi-Speed Rail Systems,
It boggles my mind that the Chinese are so far ahead of the USA or England as they spend os much on Intra-Structure!
I think it has something to do with the complications and selfishness of our so-called "Democratic" goverment.!!
