Henry, this reminded me of Eric Hall's programme yesteray.
He was talking to TV producer John Hamp, who was involved with Sinatras Appearances here in the Fifties and comedian Stan Boardman.
Eric played a recording taken on stage with Frank and Sammy Davis Junior.
It was Franks Birthday. The band struck up Happy Birthday, the audience joined in singing and a huge cake was wheeled on to the stage. Out of the cake jumped Buddy Greco. Buddy said, you know I really wanted to do something more tham that, I really did, like apearing in the nude.
Sammy said Ahhh dont worry, it's a little thing. :D
