Eman: I hope you have Mac & Katie Kissoon's version of Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep. It's much better than Middle of the Road's, which I think was the origininal.

Karl, you'll have to let us all know what you think of the CD when it arrives. It's not a collection I have.

Steve Tyrell's latest cd I'll Take Romance, I have all his cd's and enjoy them but his latest is superb and he is singing better than ever.

From halfway through the first song At Last, I was hooked and there are definitve shades of the wonderful Lou Rawls in Steve's voice on that tracks and some others which I never noticed before - perhaps he is paying tribute to Lou.

Also an interesting note, I pulled out an old Buddy Greco album recently and it was produced by Steve Tyrell.

Did I ever tell you the time I almost saw Steve perform in Yokohama? That's another story!!!!!

Steve Tyrell, I love his cds. Haven't got that one Karl so I may have to seek it out.
I'm listening to Clodagh Rodgers - The Kenny Young Years 1969-1971. Wow this is good stuff and sunshiny bubble gum pop! I'm glad i asked my Grandfather and Uncle for it!

Ok, thanks Mariana. I'll have to check it out! I think he's also a good songwriter!!

Listening to Adam and The Ants - Kings of the Wild Frontier. Ha ha if my Grandfather could hear this now, he'd have a fit!! He put a stop to my dressing like Adam and The Ants when I was 17!!!
