MATT MONRO CHANGED MY LIFE

I may only be 37 but Matt Monro has had a wonderful influence on my life.
By chance when I was flicking through my Mum's CD collection quite a few years ago, I came across a compilation CD from the Readers Digest, and one of the tracks was Portrait of my Love.
I loved the record, and went out to find a "best of" Matt Monro, and I loved that too.

When I met my girlfriend Janice, I introduced her to the wonderful voice of Matt Monro, and he became so special to us, that our song on our wedding day was of course Portrait of my Love.

We now have a lovely 4 year old boy called James, and he loves listening to Matt Monro, and he even joins in when we "sing" Portrait of my Love!

We are really looking forward to going to see Matt Monro Jnr on Thursday in Bournemouth, so it will be lovely to hear some of the songs sung live with an orchestra, and hopefully "our song" will be one of them.
Not that it matters, because we will have a wonderful time anyway!!
