That's why I added them Karl! Plenty of recipes on line .....

Pickled Onion Salad.
Tangy-sweet pickled onions and carrots make a nice addition to a salad for side dish

Oh I see. a side-salad you didn't say that!!!! I was thinking of a green salad, I like to add mandarins & peppers to my green salad but I also love pasta salads.

I had my favourite Cobb Salad in Orlando but I can never finish it.

My favourite salad is a Chinese Hot Tossed Salad.

12. Jalepeno's.
Marian, in Mexican cuisine, they have a little side dish which is like a salad that consists of pickled onions, carrots, jalepenos and cilantro.

4. Haven't had long breaks so far this year. Mostlly spent travelling to our son who lives in a nice coastal town right by the sea, and with lovely places nearby to visit.

Marian, you will have a great Christmas at Warners. We have done this on about Five Christmases. Wonderful. !!!
Feet up, No Cooking, No Washing Up. Just sheer entertainment. A particular treat for any Mum or wife and deserved too.  :D
