Some years ago now, the late Bernard Levin called to me from over the other side of the road in Maida Vale to wish me Good Morning Wasn't that nice.

KENNETH TYNAN in 1965 Lena. I was very naive, and only heard it first several years later. I wouldn't have even known it was a swear word in those days!

You are correct of course Marian. It was Kenneth Tylan. As far as the F word, I cant say I was that naive, specially as a child it was hard to escape, being among adults living through the Blitz when those doodlebugs came over.
