The original question was ON or UNDER the Christmas tree-so Paddy was right with his answer.

12. We have a glass bell on our Christmas tree, that was given to me by a friend of Rolf Harris when she was a patient.
Sadly she didn't make it, but I still remember her every Christmas.

Did everyone else always get what they wanted ??

6 I always wanted a geometry set, and a complete set of colour Lakeland pencils.

I managed to buy a geometry set out of my pocket money, but never got the Lakeland pencils---although I now own the complete set of Spectrum Noir pens, and over 100 Promarkers, which I use in my craft work.

9. PLAYBOY MAGAZINE Subscription (I came home for the weekends from college & my 1953 Xmas request was the first 12 issues, but mum would not let me read such "trash"!)
That #1 December 1953 with Marilyn Monroe on the cover would have been worth a small fortune now!
