SEPTEMBER IN THE RAIN :) Johnnie Ray was actually Walking in the rain Marian, but I suppose enough to make him cry as well :D

I remember that song sent all of us girls at work crazy at the time.
We saw Johnnie Ray at the Palladium with Billy Daniels and The Inkspots all on the same bill
Johnnie Ray was deaf, Billy Daniels held his ear when he sang, and the Ink Spots sang about Wispering Grass. There's a connection there somewhere :D
