WHAT YA DOING TODAY?

Here's a new one which may or may not take off.

Today I have made soup (Carrot & Coriander) and later I will cook Chicken Korma, the chicken is defrosting as I speak.

I also have the ingredients to make my favourite home made soup Sweet Potato, Chilli & Lime.

Same goes for today--except if we are taliking generally, I want to try and finish the diagonal crochet cover I am making for my niece's king size bed.

I am nearly there, and the big benefit at the moment, is because it is so big, it keeps me warm, while I am working on it !!

If it is cooking--I just keep it quick and simple.

Hmmm..go to the bank, maybe to the cinema to watch the new G.I. Joe movie. Just over all being lazy, but the new season of Doctor Who starts tonight so I'll be watching that for sure.

I also went to the bank today as they were closed yesterday and will be on Monday, jus tfinished an ironing and was listening to the new jack Jones cd's - they sound great - crystal clear.

Later I'll be cooking pork chops and doing peppers, courgettes , carrrots & onion on the side.

Well, I finished the crochet last night---so tonight and tomorrow I will try and get the fancy border finished.

Really looking forward to watching the Andrew Lloyd Webber show tonight.

I intended to mow the lawn this morning-1st time this year--but just walking to the shed, my shoes and feet were soaking. so I have abandoned it.

Just something quick & easy tonight, maybe a cheese and tomato toastie !!
