Robert Young, One of the lesser known singers around in the Seventies. Made several tv appearancies including Morecambe and Wise.

We haven't got to the stage yet, but Carmen Miranda passed away aged only 46..........................she was appearing on a radio/TV show when she became unwell, and passed away later that night :(

:) You do enjoy those Radio 2 special programmes Robert. I do as well, but the snippets of music sometimes bother me. :( Sometimes I want to hear the full song.

:idea: I certainly hope they are planning a long series of programmes for Matt Monro in 2010. Perhaps someone needs to email Russell Davies, since he seems to write most of these.


I'm spending these current days listening only to Tom Jones. More on that later!
